This is great because some of the fabrics are of designer quality and that means that you can have both elegant and inexpensive material here. The inexpensive material, you can probably buy a lot of in order to alternate every time you wish to change upholstery in parts of the house where a lot of traffic is usually expected. Rooms that get a lot of traffic will also be more prone to soiling and dirtying and therefore makes it even more practical to change upholstery every once in a while.
